What makes a quote faster
- How many bank, card and payout accounts need reconciling.
- Whether a ledger already exists, and the date it was last reconciled.
- VAT registered or not, and the stagger if you know it.
- Employees or directors on a payroll, and who runs it.
- For landlords, how many properties and whether an agent collects the rent.
- For trades, whether CIS paperwork is part of the month.
What happens next
- 1. We reply to arrange the sample, or to say if the request is outside the service.
- 2. You send statements or a read-only export. Do not send banking passwords.
- 3. We send a written scope. The website prices are only a guide until then.
If the matter is urgent because a VAT return or a quarterly update is due, say the date in the first line. We will tell you honestly whether the records can be made ready, and we still will not file the return.
